After these times we have numerous local after hours clinics in the local area or call 13 SICK (137425) to organise a home visit.

You can book appointments through our online booking system or by calling our front desk. Grand Medical Seaford operates on an appointment system, please ring 8327 3777 to make an appointment.

We are a mixed billings practice.

Grand Medical Seaford will be increasing its fees from 1st September 2024.

Since implementing a gap fee in 2021 we have only had one small increase of $5. Now, unfortunately, due to the rising costs of staff wages, medical supplies, insurances, utilities, and payroll tax, coupled with the fact the Government has only increased the standard consultation fee by $4 over the last 9 years, it is no longer possible to keep our gap so low.

We will continue to bulk bill all children 15 years and under, concession/health care card holders, DVA patients, Doctors recalls, health assessments, careplans and mental health care plans. This is approximately 82% of all our consults. We are happy to say we will continue to provide these bulk billing services, but to provide the high-quality service we currently do and continue to be able to bulk bill so many, we must increase our gap fees for all other patients that do not qualify under the above criteria.

There will also be a $5 administration fee on top of the gap.

You will be required to pay the account in full at the time of the consult. Your medicare rebate will be reimbursed into your bank account within seconds.

All fees must be paid in full before further appointments can be made.

A non attendance fee will be charged if you do not give at least 1 hours notice to cancel your Doctors or allied health appointment.

All fees must be paid in full before further appointments can be made.

Prescription and referral requests generally require an appointment with your doctor. In some cases, this process can be managed over the phone. Please contact us for further information.

All sick certificates need an appointment with a doctor. They are not able to write one without patient contact. Some ongoing referrals and some regular prescriptions may be able to be requested without an appointment for a small fee at the doctors discretion.

Grand Medical Seaford is a larger multidisciplinary medical practice and many GPs specialise in areas such as women’s health, paediatrics, diabetes, skin cancer, sports medicine & pregnancy.
